What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary based on your selected rate plan. For standard reservations, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties with a one-night deposit required at the time of booking. Please note that advance purchase rates are non-refundable.

When are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may cost additional fees. Please check with the Front Desk at check-in for availability.

Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not provide airport transportation but recommend using Robert's Hawaii Shuttle Service.

Is there parking available?
Wayfinder Waikiki offers valet parking for $45 plus tax, inclusive of in and out privileges. Limited availability.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
All rooms and public areas are non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area right outside of the lobby. Violation of this policy may incur fees.

Can I store my luggage if I arrive before my check-in time or check-out early?
Yes, luggage storage is available.

Do the rooms have microwaves?
The rooms do not however microwaves are available and are subject to availability.

Do the rooms have a safe?
Yes, each room has an electronic safe.

Does the hotel have connecting rooms?
Yes. Our hotel offers connecting rooms. Connecting rooms can be requested and will be honored based upon availability on the day of availability. To guarantee connecting rooms, there is an additional cost per night, per room.

What are the hours of operation for the swimming pool and hot tub?
Both the pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Does the hotel have ice machines?
The ice machines are located on the 4th, 6th, 8th, and 12th floors.

Does the hotel provide beach gear rentals?
Yes, the hotel offers beach chairs, boogie boards, and Go Pros. They are availible at the front desk and are subject to availibilty.

Does the hotel offer cribs?
Based on availability cribs are an additional cost per night plus tax.

Does the hotel offer rollaway beds?
The hotel does not offer rollaway beds.

Does the hotel hold weddings?
Please direct RFP to contact sales@wayfinderwaikiki.com for any wedding inquiries. The hotel currently does not have meeting space but is happy to hold a group/wedding block for rooms.
